Hi Paul, Can you confirm that you can sign into the portal on the same iOS device via the Safari Browser? (or whichever is the default browser on your device)? Thanks, Heather

Hi Paul, You should be able to achieve this now with the current release of the Runtime, if your solution uses the runtime credential cache and the runtime authentication handlers. Ensure you are passing -1 as outlined in the help doc here If a -1 is passed as the fourth parameter of OAuthConfiguration(String, String, String, int), a permanent refresh Token is generated (if the portal supports permanent refresh tokens). If you are using the Runtimes credential storage, ensuring you are passing -1 should do that trick. Best, Heather

Hi Steve/all, We have fixed an issue that we believe is likely causing this intermittent sign out issue. It is in our current Beta, and will also be released with 21.2.0 which will be out soon. Please test the Beta out if you can, and update to the latest Field Maps once it has been released. If you can report back to this thread if you continue to see the issue after update (and even better - report back if to confirm it resolves it!) We understand that this is a frustrating issue - and we hope this resolves these issues. Thanks, Heather

Hi Michael, The support for Feature sets is going to come in Field Maps. It's not there in the current Field Maps beta yet, but we are actively working on this support as i type. Click this link to join the beta: https://earlyadopter.esri.com/key/ArcGISFieldMaps You can read the documentation in the Beta site, and also check out our original blog Introducing ArcGIS Field Maps, to learn more about Field Maps. We'd love to hear about how you plan to make use of Feature Sets in your popup. Feel free to reply here, or better yet in the Field Maps beta user forum. Thanks, Heather

Hi Alyssia, Lets aim to get to the bottom of this and get your field crews back up and working. Are these new Views that you have created? or have they been around a while? Just noting that Kalen above described success with a similar symptom, when he recreated the views. Have you tried this? The quickest path to understand what's up - would be if you could share you map with us? Could send an email to Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com (which goes to me and the rest of the Explorer Dev team), with some more details about your case, and we can investigate. If you can share the data/services/views that would be ideal (See this help doc for sharing content with users outside your org: Sharing content privately between organizations ) Thanks, Heather

Alyssia Church Are you able to open a support incident for your case as well? And then share that incident number with this thread, and can see if I we can sort out what's happening? Thanks, Heather

That's not great, is it. Sorry to hear this. Are you able to share the Support Incident # with us? We can look into the details. The fact that all 3 are signing out, makes me think that it's possibly that the Org might have a very short token expiry set? Or perhaps some other environment specific factor is playing in. Are you able to share a login for that specific org with us for testing purposes? Perhaps this info is already in the support incident? This might get us to understanding the issue quickly. Which platform/versions of the apps are your field workers using? Thanks, Heather

Hi Sarah, Sorry you are having an issue. Is it possible you are running into the issue described here? https://support.esri.com/en/Technical-Article/000021401 Patch to resolve: ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) Microsoft ( R ) Windows ( R ) June 2019 Security Update Compatibility Patch fyi - here is another thread where Explorer users reported similar rendering issues here, which ended up being resolved with the patch above. Feature layer not displaying in Explorer app, but displays in AGO Have a look at this, and see if installing the patch and resolves the issue - Hopefully this does the trick? Let me know how it goes. Thanks, Heather

Hi Paul, Thanks for the feedback - and so glad you found the session informative. To answer your question - you can use the same group to manage the AirWatch deployment as ArcGIS Online or Enterprise - if you use an Enterprise identity store (as opposed to the built in option). Below are some help docs for AGOL and Enterprise for setting these up. You would just need to use the same identity store to define your Smart Groups in AirWatch. Just double check that whatever IDP you choose is supported by both AirWatch and ArcGIS - https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/linux/about-configuring-portal-authentication.htm https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/enterprise-logins.htm - https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-AirWatch/9.1/vmware-airwatch-guides-91/GUID-AW91-UserAuthenticationTypes.html Secondly, thanks for that overview of your workflow that you are hoping to achieve with AirWatch. I would love a chance to talk with you to learn more - how you use all the field apps, the workflows you are targeting, and to talk through the want to push offline basemaps to the device. Deploying offline basemaps onto the device via MDM is not something we currently support, it is something we are looking into. You are not alone in this request. Would you be interested in getting on a call at some point in the near future? Or if you are going to be at the Users Conference (July 8-12) we can set up a meeting there. You can email me at the Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com and we can go from there? Thanks, Heather Philip Wilson Scott Ball

Hi Mark, I'll have a look. Are you able to share you specific Arcade expression with us? You could email Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com, include a link to this thread as well as the specifics of you case. The email goes to a handful of us on the Explorer Development team, so I'll see it come in. Are you using Explorer iOS or Android? Thanks, Heather

Hi Richard, Are you able to share your map and repro steps with the Explorer4ArcGIS@esri.com alias? (there are a handful of us on the dev team that are on this alias). If you cannot share your map, if you could include some screenshots and more details we can try to get to the bottom of it. Thanks, Heather

Hi Chris, Currently, Explorer Android directions work if you have Navigator for ArcGIS also installed on your device. You are not alone in wanting Google Maps, Apple maps etc integration for Explorer Android. It's on our Roadmap for our next release which is slated for early 2019. Thanks, Heather
