Hello, We have an SDE 9.3. Why when I open a Direct Connect, SDEMON command shows me that ArcSDE connections count is growing? To my understanding, in Direct Connect the connection is made directly to the DBMS and SDEMON should be unaware of this connection. E.g. when I connect with Direct Connect, SDEMON should show 0 connections. Am I right? Thanks for the answers, Michael

Hello, I added a CSV file with coordinates in non-WGS CS to a web map. The web map uses AGS service with the same CS as the CSV, coordinates in the CSV are inside extent of the map. The Portal has added the CSV as a layer. When I opened the table of the layer and tried to zoom to a record, the result was scale bar showing NAN NAN NAN and no map was displayed. Is portal able to add non-WGS CSV? Thanks!

Hello, I have to install Web Builder Dev. Edition on the server w/o Internet access. Web Builder fails to start since there's no access to arcgis.com There's an option of installing JScript API locally. Can Web Builder Dev. Edition be configured to work with local JScript API? How? Thanks!

IMO all HTTPS calls use the same certificate. It is configured at IIS. Here's ESRI instructions for configuring HTTPS. ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2) What type of SSL mismatch error do you have?

Thanks Andy, Does it mean that the portal will automatically create a service for every shape file at the hosting service? If yes, users will be overload the server with tens of new services everyday.

Hello! 10.2 Portal let to add shape file to a map using zip file. 10.3 seems to miss this ability. The only options available are: CSV, TXT, GPX. This ability is important for our clients who want only temporary evaluate the shape. Publishing feature service is not an option IMO - I don't want them to publish services. Thanks!
