Hello there Rowaida Subhi We do not provide any specifications on a load balancer that you would look to utilize. I would assume that ones like an F5 load balancer would function for what you are looking to perform. You can see based off our documentation that we refer to the load balancers as third party load balancers: Multiple-machine deployment with third party load balancer—ArcGIS Server Administration (Windows) | ArcGIS Enterprise I am sorry we cannot provide recommendations.

Thanks for the question. The ArcGIS patches are accumulative as new ones are created. Typically in your scenario you can install the latest patch and be ok.

Thanks for the update. unfortunately there is not a method per se of uninstalling Business Analyst Basic as this is specific to the license type utilized. The software installation is the same and what happens is depending on which license you authorize will then allow you to utilize different functionality in the program.

In arcpy, you will need to use rcpy.CheckOutExtension("BusinessPrem") since you are working with a Business Analyst standard license. What exactly are you performing when this error presents itself? As far as seeing 2 options available for extensions, there are only 2 license types for Business Analyst, Basic and Standard. It appears that you are licensed for Business Analyst standard and not basic and that is why you see the second Business Analyst checkbox selected.

This is a great question, can you verify if you have licensed Address Coder or is it still in "Demonstration Mode"?

As Jon Q pointed out moving the config-store you may also look at moving the directories along with this. If in the future you ever wish to join another machine to the existing site this will only work if the config-store and directories are in a shared location that both machines can access.

As Griffin pointed out, at this time it is not supported. It may be in the future. What we suggest is to use a certified flavor of Linux as pointed out in the link provided by Griffin.

Yeah with being on version 10.2.2 this would be a straight upgrade right on top of existing software as you found out. No need to de-authorize and then authorize licenses.

Typically ArcGIS License Server Administrator works with ports 27000-27009. The line that you are referencing above is the used for the ARCGIS daemon - "VENDOR ARCGIS PORT=XXXXX" I am glad that you were able to use port 27010 and that this allows you to consume licenses.

I had an interesting case this afternoon dealing with Address Coder. Customer is running ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.2 and Business Analyst 10.2.2 on their system. They have also installed the 2014 Data. After the 2014 Data was installed, the ArcGIS\Business Analyst\2014 Data folder was moved to a different drive as there was more space on the second drive. After moving the data and trying to run the Address Coder, the following error would appear: No Data No Address Coder data are currently available. Address Coder will now close. Decided that the easiest troubleshooting would be to move the @014 Data folder back to its original location. Once this move process completed, we opened the Address Coder icon and the program opened without any more issues. If you are concerned with the amount of space that the 2014 Data takes when installed, there is an option during the installation of this software to choose a different location including a different drive if needed.

This sounds like a port conflict, what does your service.txt file look like? this file is located typically at C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.3\bin.

This can be a tricky situation. I have seen quite a few issues like this with License Server Administrator 10.3 and typically this deals with a port conflict issue. This may be a case where you may have to adjust the License Server Administrator to use ports that are available. Take a look at this link: Configure ArcGIS License Manager to work through a firewall—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop Let me know if this helps you out.

Chris, Can you please advise the following: What version of ArcGIS for Server we are looking at for this? What is the OS that is being used? How many published services are running on this machine? What do the System Resources look like as you watch this occur? (CPU, Memory, etc.)
