We need the ability to save Ribbon configurations to a specific Pro *.aprx. Some ribbon contents (e.g., custom add-ins) do not need to be active/displayed in every project. Many tools and tabs are irrelevant and can be confusing unless shown in particular projects. Problem: The Customize the Ribbon changes are implemented for every single Pro project or session, not for a specific one.

The My ESRI Support Categories and Subcategories are insufficient for both website and phone case submission. I have had many cases that do not fit at all in the limited categories/sub-categories. This is problematic, leading to delays in routing the problem to the correct analyst.

Hi @ShanaBritt - I did try that as well, but this still continues to repopulate the problematic locator. I'll have to submit a case formally to ESRI tech for troubleshooting.

Same issue for several of our Pro projects. Drives me nuts - have to clear the Invalid Locator message 5-6 times before the project will load. Repeatedly removed the problematic locator, but a refresh of the Locators simply pops it right back into the list. 🙄

Newbe to configurations (non-programmer)! Would love to implement the dockpane versus browser view of StreetView, but not sure how this is done? Where would that code block be used?

Hoping for such functionality as well! Our County is also trying to make the gradual transition to Pro, but lack of parity for (IMHO) pretty standard and frequently used options such as this is very frustrating. I have annual caseload analysis for our Social Services department with roughly 15000 records, so the ability to relax match settings is absolutely necessary for efficiency. Otherwise I'm wasting a great deal of time using a street name lookup or Locate for each individual case. Ugg!!!

Wow - really wish I'd known from the get-go! My bad for not finding this thread originally. I just went through the process and published the new survey fine. Just tested in Survey123 for ArcGIS - submissions are in the feature class!

Thanks James - sorry, newbie to Python scripting. The images below show the fields in the output file geodatabase. Not sure I'm on the right track here: I'm was not sure where in this if/else block to put this, however. In the code block above I simply replaced the if/else and just use my own manual field mappings instead.

Hi James, I'm running into the same field mapping errors that Maria encountered when run from ArcToolbox. The script does almost complete, creates the feature class, attachment table, and relationship, bu no features and records are present. This error appears at the end of running the script: ====================== FAIL: Updating Tables exception: FieldMap: Error in adding input field to field map [u'FieldMap: Error in adding input field to field map'] <type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'> 572 ---------------------- arcpy messages: ====================== Completed script SyncFeatureService... Succeeded at Tue Aug 22 14:21:59 2017 (Elapsed Time: 1 minutes 0 seconds) I can see in the script around line 359 here this createFieldMap sections begins, but do not understand how to manually "hard code" my federated Portal Hosted layer fields to the output File Geodatabase feature class schema. The image below shows the respective fields in the hosted layer: Any guidance on syntax is greatly appreciated!

We have recently used Survey123 with submitted surveys and form template published to our federated Portal account. This feature layer, however, is "Hosted" in the Data Store and cannot be related/data linked to our other feature services stored via ArcGIS Server through our enterprise SQL/SDE system. This makes the Hosted data very difficult to use in applications since the schema and storage is so different, other than yanking a copy each day to our SQL so the various layers and "communicate". While I realize Survey123, Portal and the hosted Data Store are all relatively new applications and organization, it would be GREATLY appreciated if ESRI moved forward with correcting this disconnect. One very helpful option would be to simply publish our data directly to our SQL/SDE database to begin with from Survey123 and exposed as a regular service rather than in the "Hosted" Data Store. Rather like Collector behaves (editable feature service from our own SQL/SDE).
