Hi Vijay, Apologies for the late response. Are you still not seeing the Enteprise 11.0 user type entitlements? I know when Enteprise 11.0 release was announced there was a latency of weeks where some users were not seeting there entitlements in My Esri. You should be seeting them now and we are working internally to not have this happen for future releases. Josh

License Management License Files Related to Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro License Files Related to Business Analyst and Streetmap Premium Like the ‘License Files related to ArcGIS Server and Desktop” feature implemented in a previous release, these section shows all of the Portal for ArcGIS and Pro, Business Analyst, and Streetmap Premium license files that have been issued to users. License Information License Summary The License Summary page includes a summary of all licenses currently held by your organization, including quantity, product descriptions, term start and end dates (where applicable), and the most recent eligible version of the license. Licensing Tools Recover Lost License This highly utilized tool in My Esri serves the ability to recover a license that is no longer accessible due to system loss, failure, or destruction. In the classic version of My Esri, this tool is a 5-step process. Utilizing the updated My Esri design framework, a user can go through the process much quicker and can see all the pertinent information on one page. The above illustration shows how a user can now expand the machine results on the same page and view eligible products to recover. Once selected, a modal appears allowing the user to review the summary, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and proceed with processing the license return. Manage Developer Subscriptions Lastly, the Manage Developer Subscription feature is designated for license administrators to issue out developer codes to their staff.

License Esri Products This area is important for License Administrators as it allows them to license products to their organization. In the classic version, the user interface is vertical and when selecting the products to license, there is not distinct grouping which has caused user confusion. In the new version, you can see from the image that the selection process starts with Esri product icons that are selectable followed by horizontal steps that take the user through the workflow of generating a license file. Like other areas of the new My Esri experience, the license Esri products workflow takes advantage of in-line editing, the step wizard functionality, and user interface space. All of this creates a more seamless experience while reducing clicks and scrolling.

License Management This area is important for License Administrators as it shows all of the license files that have been issued to users. Through using the new grid and icon best practices, we have been able to provide a user experience that is currently three different pages into one seamless workflow. Be sure to look for the License Files related to Portal for ArcGIS and Pro section in upcoming versions of the My Esri beta site. License Information & Tools Within license information, the same consistency has been added where multiple pages have been reduced to one interactive interface with in-line editing and icon action buttons. @JoshuaBixby Thanks for the feedback. Hope all is well. To your questions, these items are related to ArcGIS Enterprise versus stand-alone ArcGIS Pro. Based on that not being clear, I do recognize that we need to update the side navigation title to say "ArcGIS Pro Add-on Licenses and Extensions for ArcGIS Enterprise". I will ensure this is updated to not cause any further customer confusion. Have a great weekend, Josh
