Carmel, I seem to be having the same issue with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1. I am able to upload a custom banner image, but get an error ("There was a problem uploading your custom background") when trying to upload a custom background image. The image is a .png that is 420 bytes in size. I tried to upload the same background image using Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Microsoft Edge, all with the same error. Do you know if there is a patch coming for 10.5.1 to correct this issue? Thanks, Tim

I am also getting the same behavior at 2.0, attempting to modify features in a file geodatabase. Closing and reopening ArcGIS Pro 'fixes' the issue.

I had the same issue today and was going to add the response below, but I just got it to work. For me, I went into the GNSS Status app and re-applied the NMEA settings (all) to SPP1, even though this had been done previously and they were all showing on the 'Selected' side. Once I applied them to the receiver, I was able to switch the location provider to the R1. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had the exact same issue today. I had previously been able to use an R1 in Windows 10 when Collector was still in beta, but tried the latest release and am getting the same error message when I try to switch the location provider to the R1. System details: Windows 10 Pro, Version 10.0.14393 Collector for ArcGIS version 10.4.0.0 Troubleshooting steps: Uninstalled installed versions of Collector Reinstalled Collector from Store Settings > Applications and Features > Collector for ArcGIS > Advanced Options > Reset Application This fixed a separate issue of not seeing any maps after logging into Collector When setting up a location profile, I allowed the option to "Let Collector access precise location" I have Trimble's GNSS Status app installed on this PC and it is able to connect to the receiver and show me the estimated accuracy, correction, etc., so I think the connection between the receiver and the PC are fine.

Trying to generate a map tile cache in ArcGIS Pro, I unchecked the option for "Package for ArcGIS Online | Bing Maps | Google Maps" so that I can use the tile scheme from an existing service. Using the browse button I then navigate to Portal > Living Atlas and select an existing Esri service (World Imagery, World Street Map, World Topographic - I tried a number of them) and get Error 000732. Shouldn't this option allow me to get the tiling scheme from an existing service? The map is saved in the same spatial reference system as the map service. I also found the same behavior that was noted in this post (Having problems with the Geoprocessing tool 'Create Map Tile Package' ) about not being able to browse to an .xml file. I was able to paste in the path to the .xml file and that worked. --Tim
