I have a problem with messages from Survey123 connect, survey123 desktop and survey123 mobile app (iphone).  I am getting a required error message that follows the labeling column in both Connect and desktop version.  However in the mobile app the error message is following the name column.  Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or do I need to do something?  My mobile app is version 3.0.149   See the pics for clarification on survey123 connect version 2.9.3 on Survey123 desktop version 3.0.132 On the iphone  version 3.0.149 ... I have the same question that I would like to have different dropdown list appear depending on what type of email the user logs in as.  example select_one question:  Does survey need review? I want "needs review; under review" as an option if they have gmail account I want "none; reviewed" as an option if non gmail account Right now I have a hidden status question that tells me valid, not valid if(regex(${email},'gmail.com') and regex(${email}, 'gmail.com'),'Valid','Not Valid') Then I have to repeat the question Does survey need review? with select one option as gmail and the other select one option as nongmail.  This obviously creates two sets of the same question with one being blank and the other populated.   Is this possible to do without repeating the question and having two entries in the feature service? ... I was wondering if I could put a prefix before the GUID.  Survey connect has no problem with the calculation formula "GIS_" +uuid() but when sending a survey I get the error code 10500 Database error.  Is there proper syntax for this request? ... View more

I want to have a dropdown pick list to appear on the web map when a question is hidden. Valid/Not Valid.(no typing)  In my research I saw that you first create the question as a select one, publish it then change it to hidden and publish it again.  I tried that and it is not working.  I do not get the dropdown pick list.  Am I not doing it correctly?  Is it a capability I have in 10.4 environment? ... I want to have users plug in their email.  Then I want to have another question that populates as to the type of email being entered.  ie johnsmith@gmail.com.  If it is gmail account, status should be "valid" and if not gmail account the status should be 'invalid'.  Here is what I have tried so far with many attempts to get it to work... (${email},'gmail.com', 'Valid') or (${email},<>'gmail.com','Not Valid').  I want to parse out and do the search on the gmail.com part of the email and I dont care what is before the @gmail.co which means I dont care about johnsmith on the email example above.  I know some syntax uses  * but not sure what xls uses. ... I am new to workforce and in my testing I was wondering about grouping dispatchers with mobile workers.  I am going to have 20 different teams with 10 people each.  That means there will be 200 workers displayed on the map which is a lot of points. Each team will have one dispatcher so in reality a dispatcher doesn't need to see the other 190 people all the time on their map.  They only need to see the people they will manage and pass out work orders.  Is there a way to do that in one workforce or does each team need to have their own workforce project? ...
