A few months ago our local rep had indicated that the User Conference would restrict you from participating if you had not been vaccinated AND that masks were going to be mandatory inside the conference.
One of our employees can no longer attend the conference and my boss asked me if I would like to go in her place.
I am vaccinated and do not mind wearing a mask for short amounts of time, but I would find it difficult to wear one for 8 hours a day.
I did browse information and it does look like the ruling has changed to encouraging people to wear masks.
Can someone confirm or deny what the current status is?

Following up on this - in the UC 22 Attendee Guide (esri.com), they mention the following about masks as of an email this morning:
"We will follow local mandates and recommend that masks
be worn while indoors, but it is not required. Masks will
be available upon request at the Information Desk or
Registration Desk."
