Award Nominations

Is it possible for individuals to nominate a company for one of the Esri Awards? If so, how does one go about nominating a company for one of these awards? All of the documentation that I've seen states that winners are chosen by Jack and Esri Leadership but I'm wondering if there is a pool of nominations that they choose from.

Regarding the process for the Special Achievement Award in GIS at UC, Jack Dangermond solicits nominations of outstanding users from vertical industry managers, US regional offices, and international distributors. Nominations are carefully evaluated from over 100,000 Esri clients worldwide.
