Welcome back to TGI5. In this episode we provide an early preview of an upcoming solution called 'Communications Service Availability'. This solution offers a suit of capabilities for telecom organizations to manage service territories, provide a service availability map to prospective customers, offer a way for prospective customers to say they are interested in service, and a way for the telecom organization to track serviceable locations and requests for service. A demo of a few of the apps is provided in this episode as well as a tutorial on how to setup and test your own service availability lookup app.
