How to find orphaned lines in Fiber Network

Hi, I'm using Data Reviewer (10.7.1) and trying to find all orphaned lines within a fiber network. Data reviewer grabs most of the orphaned lines (Example in green), but misses the orphaned segments (Example in Red) that consists of two or more line segments.  How can I locate these orphaned segments that consist of more than line segment? @TimWitt2  wrote a pretty cool piece of code a few years back that finds unattached dangles in a road network.  Maybe he'll see this and be able to provide some insight.
