Problem results survey123 not appearing with other account

I created several surveys using Survey123, made them all public (as well collection as viewing results).
I saved the results as layers and added them to a web map. When I open the map using my account I can see the results, also as expected that layer stays dynamic (adding a new survey will add a point om my layer).
The layer is also made public, as well as the rest of my web map.

But when a open the web map in another account I can see all layers except the survey layers. I get a fault message: "An error occurred opening the layer".

This is also the case inside my own organisation: when opening the web map with another account inside my organisation the same fault.

Who knows the solution?

it did work: I shared the wrong layers, had to share the layer with the name '_stakeholder', now it works

it did work: I shared the wrong layers, had to share the layer with the name '_stakeholder', now it works
