Staging Geodatabase

I have been trying to locate the Staging Geodatabase .lpk for Parcel Fabric with no success.  Any ideas where I can find it?

I think what your looking for is the 2012-07-06_LandRecordsStaging10.1.lpk. It's available in the Tax Parcel Editing map download. The 10.2 version is available here http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=666f22f143e6454c8ecb6334dc8b5b43 and the 10.1 version is available here http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=86027c6c0bd742928a43af789b675947 The lpk file is in the <yourdirectory>\Application\Migration Tools folder.
