We have a strange term appearing on some of the tract descriptions we are plotting. It is "ell corner". Does this mean anything to anyone? A search of the net has not turned up anything but old land records and surveys. We have also come across "lll corner", but not as frequently.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
Mike, an 'ell" corner is the interior corner of a tract of land that has an L shape. The ell is at what would be the armpit of the L. Hope this helps!
