Local Govt Information Model Domain Update

I am working with the Local Information Model for ArcGIS 10.2. I am trying to modify one of the domains of the model. I go the properties of the main file and then look for the domain which in this case is piManholeCover Type. I am able to add it to the code and descripton, but once I get to the edit portion in ArcMAP is does not give me the new fields that I added to the domain. I need the 24" Diameter. Any suggestions?
