Error with XRay for Catalog 10.4.1

Hello,

I recently upgraded my ESRI products to 10.4.1. I also upgraded to Office 365. I love Xray and use it quite frequently. Unfortunately, I recieve the following error now. I have uninstalled and downloaded the latest version of Xray for 10.4 (as per a link provided in one of these discussions) Thank you for any insight into this error.
