Our solutions team has been working on some new solution sets as well as some upgrades to existing solution sets. The team will be hosting an online meetup to highlight some of their development work and illustrate some of the changes to the Natural Resource and Wildlife Locators.

These meetups are for our user community and are open to the public. The user will just need to create a free http://meetup.com/meetup.com account to join.

We’ll discuss a collection of ArcGIS Solutions that can be used by natural resource, fish and wildlife, parks and recreation, and planning staff to promote outdoor recreational opportunities in a state or local community.

Thursday, April 25, 2019 @ 11am Pacific.

Check out this recent Esri Blog Post on a new map-based app provided by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WI DNR) to help guide hunters with the many great hunting opportunities that exist in the state!  With the app, hunters can explore where to hunt and gain location-specific details about their favorite hunting spots, as well as finding public lands information and viewing hunting regulations.  For WI DNR, the app allows the agency to gain details about hunter behavior in order to provide better customer service.
