I use the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression (GTWR) models but I can't measure the spatial non-stationary and spatiotemporal non-stationary tests for these models by using F-test, according to Statistical tests for spatial nonstationarity based on the geographically weighted regression model (2000) and Geographically and temporally weighted regression for modeling spatiotemporal variation in house prices (2010).
