Could you please look into something for me? I’d like to have a standard notification appear on screen whenever anyone logs into Sitescan. This is to provide HS2 comms reassurance that drone imagery is not uncontrolled and being used externally without permission.
Could we set up a notification that says something like;
“All imagery stored and generated within this platform is for INTERNAL (IPTAN) USE ONLY. Should you wish for any imagery to be utilised for ANY external purposes, permission should be obtained on a case by case basis from the Communications Team.”
As soon as we can have this in place the better, let me know if and when you think this could be implemented.
