On Thursday, October 11 Esri's Weather and Climate Team hosted their first Leveraging Decision Support Tools for Extreme Weather and Climate Events Seminar in Broomfield, Colorado. The purpose of this event was to share how governments, scientists, and commercial entities how they can use mapping applications and tools to plan for disasters to mitigate potential losses. This was a well attended event and provided great networking opportunities. We are excited to plan more of these for the Weather and Climate Community in the future.
