Allow Custom Color Ramp Legends with Charts or Hex in Scene View

It would be great if the Color Ramp category legend in Scene View to allow to choose colors from a color chart or specify colors using Hex codes, just like when setting up general legend category.

When using the Color Ramp Category Legend in Scene View, you should be able to choose colors from a color chart or specify colors using Hex codes. This would give you more flexibility in how you symbolize your data.
