One to watch out for when registering new event layers with the ALRS.
Issue reported through Esri Tech Support in June 2019. Reproduced by the Esri team in both Oracle and SQL Server.
The process that does not maintain selected event behaviors is ALRS Properties > Events > Add.
Event behaviors do not revert to defaults if you right click the event network and then click New > LRS Event.
