Hello Roads and Highways users,
In the 10.6.1 version of Event Editor there are some cases in which conflict prevention locks are created as an anonymous user instead of the logged-in user. Anyone utilizing the Roads and HIghways REST endpoint to acquire locks may also see this issue.
We're currently working on a patch to fix the issue. The typical timeline for such a patch is 6-8 weeks, but we're attempting to get it completed in 4 weeks (mid-December availability).
There is not currently a supported workaround for this issue. More information on this topic may be added to this post.
As soon as the patch is publicly available we'll make an announcement to the Roads and Highways community with download and installation instructions.
The Esri Support tracking item for this issue is BUG-000117260. This issue is also addressed in the upcoming 10.7 release.
