We have a number of tiled cache map services with ArcGIS Server stand alone. As per the documentation we added the blank.png blank.jpg files to our cache folders.
Common Caching questions
Has all been good for year. Works in REST and in ArcMap.
I noticed when we started to use Pro to connect to the services, at times the maps would not display in certain areas, or at certain levels. Took me ages to work it out, but when I remove the blank and missing files from the cache - happy days in Pro. All works.
Anyone else seen this before?
