Map image layer and feature layers have different layers

I created a web layer in Pro 3.4 and the map image layer is missing layers that are in the project.  The feature layer has all the layers.  Why would there be missing layers in the map image layer and not the feature layer?

Hi @RickEhlin__Jr ,

Did you share a map image layer with an associated web feature layer? Were you using the same map? I'm curious what type of layers were present in the web feature layer but not in the map image layer. Generally, if layers are intentionally dropped because they are unsupported, an analyzer warning should have appeared.
