Geoprocessing Service un able to read feature layer on a webmap as input features

 I have been able to create a model builder ran successfully published successfully onto ArcGIS , my challenge is that I am creating a geoprocessing analysis with the geoprocessing services but the geoprocessing analysis is un able to use the feature layer on the webmap as inputs but the the data used in running the analysis on arcgis pro is the one displaying on arcgis online

Can you clarify the workflow you are attempting?
What tools are you trying to run? Are you able to share the input data you are using?
