Any update on this bug? Status says still in review.

"Get bug updates in the app"  which used to be "Subscribe"

will add an additional count to the bug perhaps expediting its closure.  If a bug remains at a low count it doesn't move up on the "to fix" list quickly, especially since there is a workaround

Just want to point out that this suggested workaround is not exactly a good one, because it requires admin to modify the folder name in the arcgis server folder, which is not a real solution on user's end.

If you are already attached to this defect in My Esri, you can submit a defect escalation request.

If not attached, then you will need to work with support to get your account attached, then you can escalate via My Esri.
