Hello, My name is William. This is my appeal for support from platform members to assist me to build a technically superior project to assist flood victims.
BACKGROUND: Several days ago, I received an email from a colleague in Pakistan, just after reading an article in the LA Times about more than 1,000 deaths from flooding in Pakistan. As I was about to log onto my ESRI account to create a map of the vast region endangered by the flooding, I appealed to the ESRI DAMAGE RESPONSE Team for flooding resources to help me move faster. They were extremely quick to respond and very helpful providing at first this link: Flooding Disaster Resources
Subsequently, I received an approval for a temporary subscription (707836), and now I"m appealing for volunteers to help Build Back Better after the disaster, who may have suggestions for layers to add to the maps.
