I was wondering if any other facilitators used an electronic copy of the teachers guide? I was thinking of using a 32gb thumb drive and putting the manual on that. I would then only print the pages educators would need for their responses. Our local staples has the thumb drives 2 x 32gb for $10.

Peter, I just saw this. Sorry for the delay. I haven't heard about others doing this. I know some put them into Google Docs so teachers could complete forms online. But it seemed like a lot of extra work. I personally like the physical binder because it's nice to be able to read directions on a page and have a computer screen avaiable for GIS. Unless you have dual monitor systems, where they can view both at once, I'd recommend a binder. I know it is expensive but hopefully the $3K funds will cover these expenses.
