oriented imagery - CamHeading not updating via tool
I have a large data set of images (172k) that I have created the oriented imagery catalog and exposure points for. "CamHeading" was not calculated during import, so I have attempted to use the "Calculate Heading" tool to fix this. So far I have had mixed results over several attempts. The best I have gotten so far is headings sporadically throughout the dataset. I have tried to figure out if there is a rhyme or reason as to why some headings were calculated vs when they are not, but I do not see a pattern. Screen shot sample of the results below.
I could move forward without the headings but it would be nice to have them for the map interface.

Update 6/15/22:
I was able to run "Calculate Heading" one more time and it did update a few more rows, but after that run I am getting an error.
I didnt mention before but my ArcPro version is 2.9.2
