Error in publishing Oriented Imagery Catalog

Hi, I downloaded 'Oriented Imagery Catalog' which is one of add-on of ESRI because I want to visualize the 360 camera photo in my map such as google street-view.

To follow your instruction below link, I can visualize some 360 photos in ArcGIS Pro.

However, I want this 360 camera photo in ArcGIS Experience Builder. So, I tried to publish Oriented Imagery Catalog, but it failed.

There was an error message "Please sign in to continue" even though I already signed in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro.

Please help me how to publish my 360 photo.
