It has been about six years since I received a certificate in GIS during my undergrad and I haven't had a chance to use it much until now. I am volunteering with a local non-profit to work on some mapping projects and I am wondering what books and resources you all would recommend for getting reacquainted with ArcGIS, specifically working with Pro as this is my first foray into using it rather than ArcMap.
I am looking at the book Getting to Know ArcGIS Pro by Law and Collins. Does anyone know if this book is still a worthwhile read since it was released quite a while before Pro v2 was released or is it obsolete?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm excited to be getting back into GIS!
Hi Robert,
I can't comment on the book you mention, but some good resources to help you get started with learning ArcGIS Pro:
Hope these help,
Hi Derek,
I appreciate the resources! Thank you so much.
