Best 2-in-1 Laptop/Tablet for ArcGIS users

I am interested in investing in a 2-in-1 laptop/tablet, but am afraid they won't be powerful/fast enough to run ArcGIS with ArcGIS' pre-loaded/online basemaps. Has anyone had experience with 2-in-1 laptop/tablets with ArcGIS and/or other related software?
I am hoping a new 2-in-1 laptop/tablet would be an upgrade from what I currently have.
