Is anyone else having this issue today? We have downloaded a lot of software from the old my.esri pages in the past, but the new website leads me to this page "{"success":false}"
We have tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache, different laptops...

ESRI seem to have fixed this for us today.
I could see the downloads, but the software would not download. I had a case open.
You can go back to Classic My Esri.
In the new My Esri, I am not facing this issue. I can see the software for download.
You could reach out to Esri Support team, if the issue persists.

I had to open a support case. This was a problem with the new myESRI page.
