So, my email and password were found in a data breach according to the google chrome password search. So, I came into this account and cannot find where to change my password.  Do I have to be in some other account? for the community forums.  when I go to my profile or my settings, changing the password is not an option.  Why?

If you are signed in with any account that is not an ArcGIS Public Account, you will need to change your password in the system that owns the account.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

If you found any difficulty to reset the AGOL organization or Personal ArcGIS desktop or AGOL password, the only solution is to drop a mail to customer care service@esri.com, and ask them to reset the Password.

Share the following information with customer care executive.

1. User ID

2. End User Number/ID

Regards,

Kiran
