Authorization process failed

Hi everyone,

I was using ArcMap 10.7 until yesterday and I receive a license ArcGIS Pro Advanced single user key from my organization. I am facing this issue just after the authorization step: "the authorization process failed to complete successfully core licenses from a prior version exist on this machine"

I finally managed to debug the problem using regedit, thanks a lot @Laura

Was your old license deauthorized? 

You can try going into windows registry editor - Esri- AGOL for Pro - Sign in - change value from 1 to 0
