Updated the ArcGIS Enterprise Portal workflow to allow the user type selection for all available license types when they have ArcGIS Workgroup Standard Creators.
Resolved an issue where the 'Add Pro License and Extensions' step was showing in the 'Edit License File' workflow when it didn't show in the original licensing workflow.
Fixed an issue on the License Files page where the License Files lists could not be exported if the Tags filter was applied.
For cancelling license files, the title of the Cancellation agreement was updated to 'License Cancellation Terms' from ' License Transfer Terms'.
