License Summary Updates

We’re working on some updates to the license summary page to help you keep track of the various types of licenses you might have and to help make things easier to manage.

Our first update to simplify things is renaming the page View License Summary.

We’ve also separated term licenses from licenses that are part of a maintenance program and added the maintenance status for each of your licenses.

I do not see the License Summary page, I cannot view my authorization number, cannot download authorization file, cannot authorize license server and cannot install software.

Hi Agamemnon, The local Esri distributor in Greece, Marathon Data Systems, can assist with your My Esri permissions and access to the software downloads.

Hi @TomLutz  and @JoshBeaton 

I am struggling to find any documentation on whether the License Summary tab should be available for customers? I am staff and can access that tab, but have not found a way to enable it for customers who are admins - the choice doesn't appear in their settings.

Is there a way to enable customers to see the License Summary tab in My Esri?

@TomLutz I work for the Norwegian Esri Distributor, so I assume our customers would be considered international customers in that sense? But they are domestic customers to Norway.

@OliviaPalm-Winsnes Your customers will not be able to see the License Summary page in My Esri because the Site Config for your distributor has the Licensing Summary configuration set to off - https://my.esri.com/#/staff-tools/configs/site-config. You would need to work with Esri Customer Service to get that setting changed.
