Output disappearing after Add Field in Model Builder

Hi guys,

I'm creating a Model Builder model, which works fine until i'm starting to Add Fields to my shapefile. For some reason, after this step my shp completely disappears from folders, however if i delete this last step of the model, the model runs and shp is visible again. Does anyone know why is this happening and how it could be fixed?

I am working in ArcMap 10.2

Could you try using a file geodatabase feature class instead of a shapefile and see if the model works better in that scenario?
