Hey @chefiamaghraoui
It's great that you're starting to learn GIS! I saw in your other post that you are a geography teacher which is great!
If you would like to use GIS for personal use to understand and learn the ArcGIS environment, there's many hundreds of free forums that the ESRI Community offers along with hundreds of documentation pages on the ESRI official sites as well.
Here is a link to the ArcGIS for personal use license, this would allow you to understand how everything flows in ArcGIS if you're interested, be sure that this is what you would like to do as there's a cost associated, maybe your institution would be able to cover this cost for your learning: https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/arcgis-for-personal-use/buy
Other than that, GIS is very broad, there is very much to learn about how data interacts within a geodatabase, to how to analyze and understand broad amounts of data.
