Will we be able to rotate symbology with different symbols that are web feature services? Currently in the existing model you cannot rotate wfs.

Hey Chris,

So fortunately it is honoring those rotations from WFS, and it also will honor them in web apps referencing maps made by the beta map viewer if you use a 4.x template for the app

  Russell Roberts figured it out.

Unlike the traditional web map, the rotation is honored for wfs coming directly from portal. However if you are looking to use these web maps in a web app it removes the honor of the rotation for the web app once you set the default map as the one in beta. So once the web app is updated to work with the beta this functionality would be incredibly valuable

Hi Cody, do you mean persisting the rotation of the map itself or specifically symbol rotation for WFS? Symbol rotation for WFS isn't planned for the near term but saving map rotation is expected to be soon. Can you share an example for this case?
