Why not overlay dwg format map on gps point data on ArcGIS even same British Coordinate System?

Hi

I am trying to overlay dwg format map on existing gps point data in ArcGIS. The both data are same British Coordinate System. Unfortunately, some thing wrong in dwg map reason why not overlay as I draw from Catalog. If I open separately does work and opened at the right position but not overlay with gps data.

Any one can help me what's wrong?
