Your question doesnt make any sense? if you can elaborate and explain what you are exactly looking for might help to provide some guidelines.

However, based on quick look it seems you want to find a way to join. Please refer to the technical article How To: Join an Excel spreadsheet (.xls) to a feature class in ArcMap
