I've upgraded a ArcMap Parcel Fabric to the Pro version.  I've set up all of my parcel types and schema, including new types not included in the ArcMap version.  I've appended polygons to each of the newly added types and am attempting to generate the lines and points using the Build Parcels Fabric Tool. The same error I'm receiving with that tool occurs when I attempt to change certain features from one parcel type to another.    The error I receive is as follows:

Edit operation failed. The xy cluster tolerance was too large for the extent of the data.

ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to Report a Bug, and refer to the error help for potential solutions or workarounds.
The xy cluster tolerance was too large for the extent of the data.
Failed to execute (BuildParcelFabric

How should I approach solving this error?   Is there a way to correct topology errors in bulk, as geometry errors are the likely root cause for this error.    I've tried running the Repair Parcel Geometry Tool.
