This project, called MT- CATSPAW (Cadastral Administration Through Streamlined Parcel Adjustment Workflows) was introduced and presented at the Esri 2014 International User Conference. Stu and his team have been implementing a statewide parcel solution to maintain their PLSS framework - incorporating contributions by many authoritative sources, including the Bureau of Land Management, US Forest Service , and local contributors. In this presentation, you’ll learn about the challenges and practicality of implementing such a solution at the State.
