How to add more basempas to "add basemap" in ArcMap

How can I  add more basempas to "add basemap" option in ArcMap 10.4 for windows 10 such as Gray basemap, bing map, google maps,etc.

Hi Krishna, 

You can add base maps to the widget by configuring your base map gallery in ArcGIS Online or Portal. You will have to be an Administrator as this is a global setting for all users.

ArcGIS Enterprise: Customize basemaps—Portal for ArcGIS (10.6) | ArcGIS Enterprise 

There's really no other way to achieve what you're attempting.
