Hi There,

I have a dataset of approximately 228 elevation images, it's about 2.7GB in size.  I've looked at the various options and it seems a hosted tiled imagery layer would be fine for our requirements, the only issue is when I create this I can't see it when I add it to ArcPro. I can see it in the map viewer ok, and a layer is added to ArcPro but I can't see anything.

I've created it as a dynamic image collection and it works fine, I can view it in arcpro, is there a maximum limit on the number of images or anything like that I should be aware of?

Any help gratefully received,

Dee

Just to add to this in the hope of someone knowing what the issue is!!

When I add the tiled imagery layer to arcpro all of the pixels have a value of NoData.  If I add it to a web map then the pixels have correct pixel values.

can you try disabling the scale range of this layer? the button is located at the first left in the layer ribbon.

Thank's for the feedback yes I have disabled the scale range but still nothing displays.

Another feature that maybe of note is that the service size in AGOL is 0kb and image count is 0? I would assume that means there is nothing there but when I add the layer to the AGOL map viewer I can see the relevant data.

The images used to create the service are 64bit single band geotiffs with a nodata value of -1.7976931e+308. ArcGIS pro version 3.4, and have tested in 3.2.
