Tasseled Cap Transformation Parameters for Landsat 5 TM data

Hi, I need help to do Change Vector Analysis based on Landsat 5 TM data. The question is when I do Tasseled Cap Transformation, must I use TOA data？ Now I have Surface Reflectance Data. Another question is I couldn't find any reference for the Tasseled Cap Transformation parameters of Landsat 5, only parameters for Landsat 4 is published and those for Landsat 7 and 8 are studied by some recent papers. But those for Landsat 5 seems blank. Can anyone provide reference? Many thanks!

There is also a link in the help topic on the tasseled cap function which has references to the base literature.  So what have you seen and what have you ruled out?
