Spectral Profile chart not displaying in ArcPro

Hello,

I am trying to create a spectral profile in ArcPro of a true colour composite to determine if my training samples are adequate for a supervised classification. I have selected the areas in the chart properties for the spectral profile but the chart still appears blank. When I go to export the chart, it only shows a blank image file. Is there something that I am missing?

I am also trying to get this to work and when I add the first profile it just sits there hung up on "Loading" and spins indefinitely. I am running the latest version (3.2.1) and am on a nearly new purpose-built GIS desktop that goes far beyond the recommended hardware requirements for ArcGIS Pro.
