FMV 1.3 Tutorial Data

Hi there

I am trying to find some tutorial data for FMV1.3.

I have found this blog site relating to 1.2

When I click on that I am asked to sign in to ArcGIS Online, after which I get the message: 

 

This happens with any ArcGIS Online username that I have

With this in mind are you able to tell me if where the tutorial data is held for FMV 1.3?
